(1) If anyone commits an offense under section 5, he shall be punished with a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of five years or both.

(2) Anyone who violates sub-section (2) of section 9 If he does, he will be fined up to twenty five thousand rupees for the first time or imprisoned for two years or if he commits it again, he will be fined up to fifty thousand rupees or imprisoned for five years or both.

(3) Sub-section (1) or (2) (4) Except as provided in the above sub-sections, if anyone commits any act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, he shall be liable to pay the fine The director general can fine him up to fifty thousand rupees after collecting the amount as well.
